What to Do if Your Order Arrives Damaged

We recommend checking your package as soon as it arrives. If you notice any signs of damage—even just to the exterior box—please note it on the delivery receipt at the time of signing.

• If you’re unable to inspect the contents immediately but suspect damage, mark the receipt with “suspect damage.”

• Should your order arrive with actual damage, simply send us clear photos at support@primefacilitygear.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away—typically within one business day.
